This is our patients’ favorite combination. Treating the labia minora and the clitoral hood together ensures the whole area looks proportionate and natural — addressing both the inner lips and the surrounding tissue in a single procedure and recovery.

Why combine the two

The procedure

Both structures are remodeled in the same session with CO₂ laser-assisted technique, under local anesthesia. The procedure usually takes between 2 hours and 2 hours 30 minutes.

Recovery & results

Recovery mirrors a single labiaplasty: a few days off most activities, swelling settling over several weeks, and intimate activity/intense exercise typically after 4–6 weeks. The final result is usually seen within a couple of months.
