Labia majora labiaplasty addresses the outer lips when they appear sagging, deflated, or excessively prominent — often due to aging, weight changes, or genetics. The technique restores a smoother, more youthful contour and aesthetic harmony.
Depending on the case, excess skin is carefully removed and/or volume is restored, using CO₂ laser-assisted technique under local anesthesia, usually taking around 1 hour 30 minutes. In some cases it is combined with hyaluronic acid filling for volume.
Light activity resumes within days. Mild swelling and bruising settle over 2–4 weeks, with intimate activity and intense exercise typically resumed after 4–6 weeks.
